​Terms and Conditions for booths:
- Art, Cosplay, Animation, Games , Comics, Toys products and services only
- All art/published items for sale must be of your own work. AI art is not permitted.
- Should you be representing a group or an artist/cosplayer, please obtain the written permission/authorisation of the original artist/cosplayer
- During the event, only up to 3 representatives can be at the booth. Please note that only 2 chairs will be provided.
- Staff reserves the right to ask the attendee to leave the location if found to be inappropriately dressed, causing disturbance, behaving in an improper manner or breaching any legal procedures.
- Food and Beverage items are not permissible for sale
- Booth bookings are non-refundable
- We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged products or items
- Tables and chairs have to be kept in good condition
Booth Ownership and Attendance:
1) The individual or group that registers for a booth must be the one or group to attend and operate the booth on the day of the event. Substitutions, transfers or additions of booth ownership are not allowed, except where the Event Organiser has been notified and has confirmed approval of the substitution or transfer in written communications.
2) By filling up this form, you allow the organiser to collect or use your personal data(including but not limited to name, email, contact number) as provided to the organiser for
1) Administrating your application
2) Promotion/Marketing/Publicity Purposes
3) For Archival purposes if neccessary

$320/- [If you have bought a Cosfest booth and decide to purchase a booth within 3 months] (save up to $30)

Please note this is a ticketed event at $12 per day, and $20 for 2 days.
